How to use:

After preparing and curing the base color, apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel without curing it. Immediately afterward, begin decorating with the desired color: draw lines, patterns, or simple dots and watch the color expand, creating unique effects. Once you've achieved the desired effect, cure in the lamp and finish with a Master Shine Top sealant.
